This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the AI Tetra Freeze website, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Global Beauty Products Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09805620), whose registered office is at Unit 22, The Matchworks, Speke Road, Garston, Liverpool L19 2RF. We trade under the name AI Tetra Freeze.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our registration number is ZB909609.

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we ask you to provide:

• Your name
• Your salon or clinic name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your timeline for adding a laser machine
• Any additional context you choose to include in the message field

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we hold whatever information you share in that message.

3. Why we collect this information

We collect enquiry-form details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about AI Tetra Freeze and to follow up on any related conversation about our products, training and support.

The legal bases we rely on under UK GDPR are:

• Consent — you provide the information because you want us to contact you, and by submitting the form you are consenting to that contact.
• Legitimate interests — following up on a business enquiry someone has actively made about our services is a routine and reasonable business activity that you would expect.

4. Where the information is stored and who has access

Enquiry-form submissions are received via Formspree, a third-party form-processing service (Formspree, Inc., based in the United States). Formspree acts as a data processor under our written instructions. Their infrastructure is US-based; the international transfer of your data is protected by Formspree's Standard Contractual Clauses under UK data protection law. Within our organisation, access to your enquiry is limited to the people who need it to respond — currently the practitioner (Abbie) and administrative staff.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted from our systems and Formspree is instructed to purge it. If your enquiry becomes a business relationship (for example you purchase a machine), we keep transactional records for the periods required by UK tax and consumer-protection law — typically six years.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data while a query is being resolved
• Portability — ask us to provide your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time

Our services are intended for beauty professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.
