What warranty is included with the device?
AI Tetra Freeze includes a manufacturer-backed warranty with tiered coverage from the installation date: 2 years on the diode laser handpiece, 12 months on main system components (power supply, control board, screen, water pump, sensors), and 3 months on consumables and interchangeable accessories (water filter and spot heads). Defective covered components are repaired or replaced free of charge, including labour.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Remote support is provided within 24–48 hours of contact. Where on-site attendance is required, our target response is 24–48 hours. If a machine has to leave site for repair, we'll provide a substitute machine, so your business keeps running.
Is AI Tetra Freeze safe to treat across different skin tones?
Yes. AI Tetra Freeze is suitable for skin tones 1–5. In line with industry best practice and our commitment to honest, safe outcomes, the system is not promoted for skin tone 6 — treatment at that level of melanin concentration requires very low fluence, which compromises long-term results.
Can beginners purchase the machine?
Yes. AI Tetra Freeze is suitable for both experienced practitioners and those new to the industry. Can I see a live demo before I buy?

Which hair colours can the system treat?
AI Tetra Freeze is most effective on dark and brown hair. As with all laser hair removal systems, results on lighter hair tones are limited by the underlying physics of selective photothermolysis.

What is the AI hair analyser?
The AI hair analyser is a camera-based feature that assesses hair colour and density. It supports the practitioner in delivering smarter, more personalised treatments.
How many shots are the handles guaranteed for?
The dual handles are guaranteed for up to 50 million shots — roughly 2,000 to 3,300 full-body clients per handle in normal use — offering exceptional durability for busy clinics.
How often does the machine require servicing?
A free annual preventative-maintenance visit is included with every machine — covering inspection, calibration, cooling-system checks and safety verification. Annual servicing by our approved engineers is required to maintain warranty coverage.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover: accidental damage, incorrect operation or misuse of the device; unauthorised repairs or modifications by unapproved engineers; replacement screens where users have entered a PIN to the back end of the Android screen; environmental damage including liquid ingress, electrical faults, fire or improper storage; or general wear and tear of external parts and accessories.
